Multi Germany has appointed Maurice Gigase as the new head of its Centre Management division, effective December 2019. In his new role, Gigase is responsible for the management, control and expansion of the division at Multi Germany GmbH. Gigase will continue the successful growth of the centre management business and is responsible for the management of all 21 assets in Multi’s German portfolio.
The 56-year old Dutchman has over 30 years of experience on the German and Dutch retail real estate market. Prior to joining Multi Germany, he spent a number of years as Managing Director at ECE Group, where he was responsible for the neighbourhood management of Potsdamer Platz in Berlin, as well as the asset and centre management of the Hanseviertel in Hamburg.
