Multi Germany GmbH is part of Multi Corporation and manages 18 retail and office real estate assets in the region. Since 1996, Multi Germany stands for a holistic expertise in all relevant areas of retail real estate. We combine our core competencies in center and property management with our passion and experience as developers.

The daily management of shopping centres is a vital instrument in increasing quality and investment value. Multi has been a pioneer in shopping centre operations for almost 30 years and has set up a refined shopping centre operation structure right across Europe. REDEVELOPMENT

Our in-house architects studio TTDesign has over 35 years of experience with master-planning, architecture, urban and interior design.

HiSTORy
History highlights
Multi was founded in 1982 in the Netherlands and started as a Dutch development company. In 1989, Multi went international with its first shopping centre development in Portugal.
In the following decades, Multi’s portfolio expanded to include shopping destinations in many of Europe’s leading capitals and major cities.
Since 1996, Multi Germany has stood for integrated expertise in all relevant areas of retail real estate, as asset and property manager as well as project developer. Over the last five years, Multi has shifted its focus to the asset management, property management and redevelopment of retail real estate.
